Intra-Trademark Opposition Competition Final Rounds
A first-of-its-kind adversarial exercise simulating trademark opposition proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry. Participants will represent the Opponent or Applicant in a hypothetical trademark dispute and argue their case entirely through oral advocacy, without written submissions or memorials. The competition will test participants' understanding of trademark law, procedural knowledge, and advocacy skills.
